Will need to be a couple, maybe 3 layers. The ultrasound person will message you the gender of the baby when a date is arranged and will then delete the message off my phone, you’ll have to keep this a secret from me. Weekly lunch & dinner meal prep for 1 adult following specific macro-nutrient & calorie budget. All ingredients provided. Can be done in my home, or yours if you can deliver the meals to me once prepped. If cooking in your own home I can organise a Coles delivery or click and collect of the ingredients.
