I’m looking for someone who can deliver or prepare for pick up home cooked vegan meals. I’m looking for meals that are able to be thrown in to a pan and reheated then eaten with rice or something which I can make. I’m fairly particular about my food and I like to cook for myself usually but am not finding the time or energy because of work at the moment. If you can prepare for example three meals a week to be heated then I’d love to hear from you. My preference is whole foods with no added sugar or syrups and minimal concentrates. Need 10 meals separately prepared with an on going basis with a basis on vegitarian/pescaterian diet. But with regards to the seafood need to be sourced from a local fish monger not coles or safeway happy to pay extra due to the cost. No pasta, no fake substitute meat. no tofu. preferable jasmine rice as a base or whatever your creative mind beleives. preferable some fillin meals with avocados mixed with a salad or whatever fresh produce there is. Hi there, We are a time poor couple who wants to improve our nutrition. We are hoping to find someone to cook for us twice at week, enough meals for the whole week (mix of things that can be frozen/eaten fresh) We have meals/recipes we want, but happy for your input. For the first week, food to be provided at our home, where you come and cook it. Moving forward, we are open to paying for someone to do the shopping before bringing the food to our house to cook. Or to pay for the shopping, have someone cook at their house, then drop the meals at ours. Happy to discuss to find something that works for all.
