I’m a busy professional and need someone to plan, shop, prepare and put in my fridge healthy delicious one-portion meals (lunch + dinner) on a weekly basis, commencing the week of 30 June. I travel quite a lot so the # of meals each week would change. But, on average, it would be 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Some weeks it will just be for 1 person, some for 2 (my partner works remotely). I love good food and variety, organic when possible. High protein and low carb. With a lot of variety. You can cook at your home or in my kitchen. Either way food would need to be left in my fridge once a week on a Monday or Tuesday. Please include a sample week meal plan in your response, as well as your favourite cooks books/food inspiration and your experience cooking and preparing high quality food. Budget excludes cost of ingredients.

I'm interested in whether it night be possible to engage someone for weekly meal prep and general house cleaning. This is my first time considering putting this request out there's so I'm open to ideas/discussion on what might be possible. Meals are the primary ask, and would be great if they are healthy, and perhaps to cover 3 or 4 days of the week. Looking for someone to provide a mid-size decoration (i.e. green/jungle backdrop, animals/jungle balloons, a cake plinth/table, and vinyl text for background) for our little one's birthday party. It's a small gathering so we don't want heavy decoration. Sample pic attached. Of course, we understand that you will take back the backdrop and plinth.
