I’m looking for experienced installers to assemble and install a Pergolux Sundream S3 (4m x 4m) pergola at my property on the balcony. The unit is brand new in box and will be installed on a concrete patio. This is a two person job and should take approximately 4–6 hours. Scope includes full assembly, positioning, levelling, drilling and anchoring the base plates into concrete, and ensuring all bolts and base plates are properly sealed to prevent water ingress. Sealing is critical for this job. Ideally you have experience installing Pergolux systems or similar pergolas. You will need to supply your own tools and ensure the structure is installed square, level and securely fixed, with a clean finish. Please include your relevant experience, whether you will bring a second person, and your availability when applying.

Ceiling in bedroom needs repair due to leak from balcony concrete slab above

This is in a warehouse, we already have concrete floor but at the doorway 3 meters wide and part of the floor there is a 20-30mm step which sometimes when we walk can hit that step and fall or for forklift is hard to pass it. I need it either grinded or added more concrete to make that small step smoother. It is around 3 meters wide at the doorway and 5-6 meters wide inside

There is fuzzy white mold on an internal concrete wall in our unit which needs to be removed. Wall is approx 2.8m high and 7m wide. Need someone to come on Sunday evening after 6pm if possible. Please quote on that basis.

Hello I'm Dilini from Oscar Wylee. We have a flooring issue in one of our stores in NSW Warringah. Shop floor made from concrete has different cracks all over that are very noticeable. The floor has always had little cracks. But now the cracks have gotten progressively worse and very noticeable. Can you please give us a quote to repair the floor.
