Looking for someone to do this in January 2026. Have erected a pergolux, need someone to attach the glass sliding door and dynabolt the pergola to the concrete. But: also needs a strip of concrete poured to make the slab big enough for one of the sides to fit on the concrete. Picture attached . So pergola is reasonably light but will need to be shuffled out of way for pouring in concrete and then put back on place to be dynabolted in. Will need 2 people for this step and for carrying the glass door from garage to pergola. Pics show concrete needed and how pergola needs shuffling off that spot, glass door size in garage and image of glass door in perglux but I am only doing one side. Will only need a day to do or 2 half days if you prefer

Need this concrete (tiled) platform demolished to ground level. There are some copper water pipes and earthen drainage pipes that will need to be avoided. It's also possible that something may be inside, like an old grease trap maybe. I can deal with that. I just need the bulk of the hard concrete demo work done, so I can chip away and see what I'm dealing with underneath. The concrete under the corner post might need to remain for support, but I can get acrow props to reinforce it. Also debris removed. Tiles can be broken and discarded. Platform is 1350 x 1160 x 300mm. I have no idea how long something like this might take, so am open to amendments. Coorparoo.

- I’m looking for an experienced concreter to help me with a day of concreting - Approx 30m2 of concrete (4m3), being an area under a deck (15m2) and a path (15m2), all at around 100mm-130mm height. - most of the prep work is done (1/2 boxed up) and reo will be installed. - all I need is a few hours to box up balance slab, (5-6am start) then the pour (9-10am truck) - I’m happy to help run concrete on the day - there is a small hill and volume is around 4m3, so ideally if you can supply a second labourer to help run concrete and assist with the laying. - I’d prefer if you can order truck and happy to pay that cost upfront.

Need a carpenter to build a 1500mm high weatherboard (CSR Cemental Headland) clad free standing privacy screen with timber capping in same style as existing walls at opposite end of pool area. Posts would be hardwood with structural pine framing flat light weight cladding on rear side. The uprights at each end would be secured in the steel channel posts of concrete sleeper retaining wall. Attached is reference images. Price would could include supply of materials, (or quoted separately for me to supply once you’ve measured up) labour and all off cuts waste removed.
