Find a professional wifi technician in Inner South West Sydney

Recently switched to NBN, and changed to Superloop from Optus. Need someone to help me to activate the wifi connection. Should just be a matter of plugging the modem and changing the dynamic IP. That is what is told me by the Superloop customer service. Location is in Campsie

Connect Wifi Booster Range Extender to new optus NBN Modem but first Try to connect secondary optus router upstairs. With the old optus modem the wifi used to work upstairs however with the new optus modem the wifi signal is not strong at all upstairs. Hi there, My mother in law lives in our Sydney home and has had NBN installed. Although he was asked to, it looks like the service provider installer did not update the WiFi username/password, and thus her existing devices now have no internet access.
