I am hoping to find someone who does Apple repairs. My MacBook Air, 2017 or 2018, has crashed midway through updating to Big Sur. I think it’s has completely gone as it now won’t even start up in the built in recovery mode, and in internet recovery it keeps failing and ending up with the globe and question mark.
