The job involves moving pre-packed boxes (mostly books) from my office at Griffith University (in Nathan) to the basement storage area of my apartment building (in West End). No packing is required - just loading, transporting, and unloading. The Nathan office has lift access. I don't have a trolley, so you will need to bring along yours. I need someone to collect and dispose small number items from an office building in Southport. - 1 Bookcase - approx 2m x 1m - 1 TV cabinet - approx 1.5m x 1m - 2 small filing cabinets. - a small number of boxes and hard rubbish items (about 2 sq meters worth at MOST). - wet vac and mop - kitchen rubbish bin. - Christmas tree (small). All items would fit within a van / small truck. MUST BE DONE EITHER TODAY BEFORE 4.30PM OR TOMORROW BETWEEN 9AM AND 11AM. Loading zone parking is available on the street next to building. Elevator to floor. Will likely need two people to complete. You can take them to the tip, recycle them, use them yourself - I don't care.

The existing couch in the living room needs to be moved to another dwelling on our property. This is not a 'cleaning' task - it's a straight forward remove everything off the property internally including furniture and personal items to be disposed of, or alternatively you can onsell anything for your own offset of costs including a good working order refrigerator, antique furniture, antique knick knacks and other collections (I think there is an old bottle collection in there somewhere and other items). The house hasn't been lived in for several months and in a state of disrepair - there will be rubbish inside that needs to be disposed of. I don't have current photos of inside the house - it's lowset, 3 bedroom. Happy to arrange a representative to meet you on site to assess work involved.

I need someone (ideally a team of 2) to remove a large U-shaped built-in bench desk from our office on Level 2. We have lift access.
