I need someone (ideally a team of 2) to remove a large U-shaped built-in bench desk from our office on Level 2. We have lift access. The job involves: • Detaching the bench tops from the walls (we believe they are glued) and unscrewing the base/leg units • The bench breaks into 3 pieces but is heavy – two people strongly recommended • Patching any wall damage left behind (screw holes, adhesive residue, any plaster breakage etc.) • Taking everything away for disposal Good to know: • We’re on Level 2 with lift access • Tip vouchers provided – you won’t be out of pocket for dump fees • The room is carpeted so please take care during removal • This is a commercial office space Looking for someone with experience in furniture removal or joinery/carpentry who can leave the space looking tidy. And I have quite a lot of work-related items (furniture and IT hardware) that I need taken to my office (also in Wynnum). The office is on L2. There are fire stairs at the rear that we would use. This has to happen today as there is an exit clean scheduled at the house tomorrow and I can't move it. I had another contractor lined up and he cancelled last minute. Could be a small truck, van, or covered trailer. Best to have at least two workers. I'm assuming quite a few hours work. I have uploaded photos of the waste. There are also two desks to go with the waste that need to be broken down. I have also uploaded photos of the items to go to the office and am about to prepare this for moving.
