2 Bedroom apartment needs regular mountainous to do all aspects of domestics and some related projects. Initial time set if to assess and evaluating effectiveness and understand how to best clean AND organise the apartment. Basics include top down cleaning. e.g. all surfaces cleaned when requested, his may indulge washing clothes/towels and sheets. Vacuum carpet and clean stone like flooring. Put away all cleaned washing. Kitched, weekly, from top to bottom. There's a dishwasher to reduce manual labour and spare the water. Loung requires regular tidy so I can sort though the piles of mess (aka paperwork). With notice I can usually make parking available. Bonus is access to spa. sauna and large swimming pool. Payment is promt. There will be a number of mini projects to sort through cloths, sift through what to keep and not. Attention to detail, efficiency ,matter a lot too me as too trustworthiness and reliability. Will require ID is shown, happy to reciprocate. Being immunocompromised I take all reasonable effectors to ensure were all healthy. But I'm certainly no crazed vaccinator.
