Am needing 2x men and a truck to come and clear out everything in our garage. Includes, 3x washing machines, 1x fridge, 1x couch, small furniture, boxes and bags and take to the tip - please see photos attached

I have an injured arm so needing help to lift & move boxes/ suitcases etc. downstairs in to my car ( 4 flights of stairs) as well as putting some metal shelves together. I will also need help clearing out & reorganising a small storage shed in my car park and moving stuff to the onsite rubbish area. All in all, it's a general type of job of getting you to assist me for 2 - 2.5 hours.
