I will need a video of the whole place and door frames before you start, and one once you're done. Unit has parking at the door, 15-20 stairs up and direct access into the unit (no lift, no "building access doors" securing a common area. No chemicals are stored, all dry and household items and electrical appliances only. Budget includes any tipping fees. The tip is 2 minutes down the road.
