You bring boxes, and anything you need to clear the place. You cover the disposal costs and you keep the value of any resold goods. I will need a video of the whole place and door frames before you start, and one once you're done. Unit has parking at the door, 15-20 stairs up and direct access into the unit (no lift, no "building access doors" securing a common area. Springfree trampoline (disassembled, but complete), children's toys and games, 2 steel leather stools, a pair of Bose 301 bookshelf speakers. Many of these items could be resold or "given forward". No chemicals are stored, all dry and household items and electrical appliances only. Budget includes any tipping fees. The tip is 2 minutes down the road.
