I need two people to; 1/ Make space for items in ground floor storage space to move items from basement storage space (1 short flight of stairs). This will take a little rearranging but not excessive. 2/ In basement storage space, you will need to have BOLT CUTTERS (as we have lost our key to the padlock) to clear items (boxes and artwork) and move them to ground floor storage space. This probably would be best with two people so if you are a duo, then excellent. This should take 2-3 hours max.

Townhouse in Subiaco We are negotiating the selling of our house in Subiaco but are unable to get back to Perth to clear the house. If the sale goes ahead, and we have an offer, then we will need the house cleared and cleaned for hand-over. The house is over 3/4floors. 4 bedroom - about 180sqm. Some stuff to go to storage, some probably shipped to Darwin and lots to be disposed of. There is also a storeroom that will need sorting and clearing. Much of the furniture does not fit down the stairs so we may have to use a small crane truck to get items off the balcony. i have someone that can meet you there but to start with if you could just give me a ball-park figure that I am looking at. The house is not lived in at present and has not got masses of 'stuff' in it, it just needs things thrown out, things packed into boxes for storage or shipment and most of the furniture removed and either thrown away, stored, sold or shipped to Darwin. I am stuck in Malaysia at the moment and cannot get back to Perth but should be able to get a date where companies can view the property so they can quote. The time frame is quite tight, this has to be done before the end of the month.

We need 2 strong men to move a heavy sofa bed very carefully out of our apartment, to go down in the lift to the basement carpark. We have newly renovated wood floors so needs careful attention. Cushions can be removed to lighten the load. Friday 4th Sep 7 am would really suit us .
