So a carpet clean for that room. It can either be done fri 20 jan or the day before thurs 19 jan. Will also include windows & cobwebs off external. It will be relatively clean. Oven, stovetop will be pretty clean. As will majority of internal cupboards, as will do that as we go. Expect its about a 4ish hrs job(windows may be what makes it longer) Place wasnt sparkling clean when leased it 18mths ago.
