Our place is between Tewantin and Cooroy. We do NOT have children, only a fur child; a cat. We have only 2 bedrooms. This does NOT include windows - we have a LOT of glass and we organise for windows to be sparkling separately. Does include mirrors inside though. Unfortunately I have very high standards for excellence in execution. I am a perfectionist. And I'm not afraid of hard work myself... I do like my home being neat and tidy. Regrettably our current cleaner is focusing on getting back to their Career post-COVID & therefore, we are looking for YOU if you have stamina & an eye for detail. We have been very generous recommending our Cleaner to many others & going out of our way to having lots of other work referred... We hope to be able to do this for YOU too, if that's what you want or need. There are cobwebs and mud nests in difficult to reach places - and WAY UP HIGH. Your own insurance is necessary, as is a happy disposition and elbow grease. Please consider this if you going to be work quickly and be conscientious. Your own equipment, including ladders is a must. We are asking for 2 beds to be made weekly, plus taking out the rubbish. We expect sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors (and lifting the rugs) - they are extensive. You will need stamina. Our home is our sanctuary and we value this precious space. We need a "house proud" and reliable Cleaner who actually enjoys the process of doing a job very well, with a great attitude. and will schedule us on a Monday & also a Friday. It also involves a large covered deck and also a large, open entertaining poolhouse. There are high ceilings so you have to be willing and able to use a ladder whilst being mindful of protecting the polished wooden floors. Standard cleaning tasks will include: - Everywhere in the house: Streak-free wiping down of furniture and visible surfaces; - 2 Bathrooms: Cleaning showers, bathtub and toilets; - Kitchen: polish stone bench tops, clean stovetop & oven When all's wonderful - we are also going to add "cleaning" my elderly father-in-law's cottage & also my parents house in Noosa - an additional 4 - 6 hours.
