I am looking for a professional and detail-oriented cleaner for a regular maintenance clean of my 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home including garage. This is a standard upkeep clean, not an end-of-lease or inspection clean. ​The Scope of Work: ​General Cleaning: Vacuuming and mopping all internal floors & garage. ​Bathrooms: Full clean of 2.5 bathrooms, including toilets and mirrors. ​Surfaces: Wiping down all surfaces and dusting (including ceiling fans). ​Glass: Wiping down bedroom wardrobe mirrors and internal windows. ​Detailing: Removing any wall markings or handprints. ​Bedding: Changing bed sheets in 2 bedrooms (clean sheets provided). ​Tidying: General "straightening up" throughout the house. ​Date/Time - prefer Friday mid morning but can be flexible ​Note: Looking for someone reliable for ongoing work if the first clean goes well. ​Please let me know your estimated hours or flat rate when bidding. Floors are being sanded and polished this week, so we were looking to get the place cleaned from all the dust and any other required items. The floors won’t need cleaning (mopping etc as they’ll be fresh/new), but we’ll need a really good clean on all walls and other vertical and horizontal surfaces as they will be dusty (ie vacuum all walls and dust/wipe, inc windows and ledges, picture rails, cabinets etc), prob the equivalent of a vacate clean.
