Strata cleaner needed with 1yr+ exp, ABN, own equipment, insurance, Max 3 staff team, subcontract role (experience as subcontractor is must), weekly/fortnightly strata cleaning common areas of Strata building on a weekly and fortnightly base. General duties are vacuuming, mopping, cleaning glasses, dusting and blowing pathways. Flexible days, ongoing each week. Pay is $35 per hour.
