Single story home in Klemzig, carpet in bedrooms, tile everywhere else. The house is a basic semi-detached, built 2009. Its not in a bad state as is, just looking for a really thorough, proper spring clean. My mother is currently undergoing chemo and staying with me, so that's another reason to get ahead of it. I want to have included the things that aren't usually in a standard service. For example:- marks on walls, skirtings, cornices, windows (tracks/sills/glass/in+out), getting into corners and cracks that normally get missed in day-to-day cleaning, and if possible, I'd like for the house to have a fogging treatment. But I'm flexible and happy to discuss what can and can't get done, at what rate etc . Ideally, as I have a rental inspection on Wednesday the 15th, I'd like to have it done on the afternoon or evening/night of Tuesday 14th, or super early Wednesday morning (or combo). Need a thorough deep / spring clean of 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home . All areas will be decluttered / minimal items to move / clear. Will need very thorough cleaner with good attention to detail.
