Hire affordable pool cleaners in VIC

I’ve moved into a house with a pool and spa . I’m not sure how to clean it and also figure out the switches . I have a spa but the pipes seem dirty . I need a pool cleaner to come and also clean out the spa pipes so it comes out clean and work out how to use everything . I also have a jet bath spa inside the house but when I put on there is brown bits and I need someone who knows how to make it clean .

8x4 old fiberglass swimming pool, has been pumped out, but has remaining water/mud settled at the bottom, along with maybe 20 fish and lily pad plants. Have bought a plastic pond to transfer fish and plants to and then need rest of debris in pool to be cleaned/shovelled out so we can cut holes in bottom and will then fill the pool in. Have submersible pump onsite if it’s still useful for a bit more of the water.

Pool has turned green at our old house I think due to skimmer basket being blocked. Need a pool person to come and rescue please.
