I have a small office at my workshop which requires regular cleaning. It is approximately a 6x3m transportable building. There is a small toilet area. The rest of the office is just two desks and some shelving. I used to have it cleaned once a fortnight - the same person would just come back every second week during business hours whenever it suited them, but we haven't done it in a few months. The first clean will be a bit of a 'catch up' to get it up to scratch, then each one after that will be a smaller regular clean. If you can make an offer on the first clean only, and once we meet we can organise details for the follow up routine cleaning. Small office requires cleaning. Approximately 6 metres long x 3 metres wide (removable building type). Two office desks, a small stainless bench for making coffee/sandwiches, some shelving etc... and a small bathroom attached with one small sink and a toilet. We used to have a cleaner come in every two weeks but they stopped their business. Require someone to come in a do a 'catch up' clean to get it back to standard and then stay on a consistent rotation cleaning approximately every two weeks. We are flexible with times, open during normal business hours. Consists of: Sweep floor and mop. Dust/clean down all surfaces. Dust blinds. Clean toilet/sink. General tidy up. We have skip bins on site for rubbish. Supply your own cleaning products. We realise the catch up clean will cost more than the regular fortnightly clean.
