Seeking quality and experienced cleaner to assist with getting a house ready for sale. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with two living rooms, two dining rooms, and games room. The house is vacant and has been completely refreshed so most cleaning is fairly superficial - carpets, paint, cabinet fronts, door handles, tap ware, kitchen bench, sink, cooktop, lighting fittings, shutters and curtains are all new. Tiles have also been professionally cleaned already. This is a pre sale clean up, not a deep house clean. Photos show state of the house - it’s already clean and nothing in the way. Focus will be on bathrooms and cleaning kitchen cabinets. Seeking a full day of cleaning maximum to address the following in order of what’s possible within a full day: - thorough bathroom, ensuite and powder room cleaning. Cleaning shower areas, shower screens, and wiping down benches and cupboards. - laundry clean - wiping down all surfaces and sink. - kitchen clean - all cabinet fronts, benchtop and most appliances are new. So focus will be on a fridge clean, cleaning all internal cupboards, and pantry. - general wipe down of window sills and skirting where there is noticeable dust or residue. - vacuum of all rooms. - mop of tiled areas (kitchen, living, dining, games, and hallways).
