Need help to get house organised

My house has been unoccupied. I’m back in and posted this a while ago, but had to leave and had some great offers. I need a deep clean of some parts of the house - bedrooms are fairly ok but some kitchen cupboards and laundry need cupboards wiped in and outside; and the surfaces in laundry and clean of hardwood floors and laundry floors. Fridge and pantry needs wiping out. Walls need wiping down, dusting and skirtings wiped (like end of lease for these two areas). Two bathrooms which are standard clean and not too bad. Bedrooms are vacuum and dust, remake bed, wipe mirrors. Think this is 5-6 hours but happy for two stages :) (Have outdoor room that will be additional if possible to do - will neg $ on top cash if cool with that). 2 Bedroom Unit. Currently clean just not exit clean. All normal surfaces and carpet dry cleaning to lounge, small hallway and two bedrooms. Windows will already be professionally cleaned.

The house has been unoccupied and I had a mouse! Caught him but want to wipe out kitchen cupboards - which are not overly full. Also used a spray in laundry so want to wipe down laundry, mop floors and wipe out fridge and oven. 3 hrs expected. Have other jobs that would be happy to add on for cash, and don’t need to be today but perhaps next day or so (laundry and clothes, wipe over bathrooms etc. these can be today too but next couple is ok). Carpets and rugs cleaned. 3 bedrooms total 42m2, one hallway 7 metres x 1 metre. 4 rugs total 25m2 all in same room. Carpet on centre of stairs. Carpet is NOT out to edges 1 metre wide. Fourteen stairs and a small landing. Minor stains and marks. Requires a professional carpet cleaning company with clean, proper equipment.
