I'm looking for someone who loves to cook and is great at preparing and cooking bulk meals. We are a super busy family and I don't have time to think about cooking/preparing lunches etc. At the moment we are using one of the food boxes but which helps but we still have to spend time prepping and cooking after a days work and one of the many sporting activities the kids have. If you have a love of cooking and would be keen to help out us by preparing and cooking meals/lunches for the week for us, then we would love to hear from you! - Due date: Flexible

Though in Scarborough, my parents’ house will need a weekly clean under Mum’s Home Care Plan that has just been Assigned to her. I think I’ll need to engage you through Mable because they’re an authorised provider, so if you had a profile on there, that would help. Hardwood floors throughout and small area tiles in wet areas. If you do vanities and toilets that would be good. First time I’ll get you to do a “catch up” clean of probs two hours but subsequent weekly ones may only be an hour depending on what Mum wants and what you’ll do. eg dusting, windows etc Window sills and windows need doing but that could be done on one particular visit because a weekly whip through will smash it. My parents are very friendly especially Mum, so your visit will be partly social for Mum so if you finish cleaning ahead of time on any one day, you can spend the rest of your allocated time chatting/coffee with Mum or Dad. The mattress has been manually cleaned a great number of times but I still would like both sides to be given a deep professional clean, and I believe the task shouldn't take too long. I often have tasks that need done. I used to have a ‘go to person’. When I had a few tasks I would get them to come and do them. These tasks range from changing a light bulb. Helping me change my garden. Fix broken reticulation. Helping me put things in and out of the attic. Helping me sort and clean my garage. ( it seems to be my ‘ just put it here’ place when I am not sure where to put things).I need the muscle as I normally know what I need done it’s just I can no longer do it myself. Sometimes I need weeds pulled out or dirt moved. My ‘go to person ‘has moved overseas. As I said previously, I let the tasks build so the time of my ‘ go to person’ is not wasted on one job. We worked together to get the jobs done when it was convenient for both of us. Currently the tasks have mounted up as I have been looking for another person to fill the position. This is a ongoing position. I need a new ‘ go to person’ not a one time help. There always seems to be something that I need muscle for. If you are friendly , reliable, honest and ready to have ongoing jobs when required please contact. I used to pay $30 per hour depending on the type of work. I am hoping to book some home help once a fortnight for washing, folding and ironing...and possibly some light household duties like vacuuming or a quick kitchen tidy if there's time at the end. I can allow a 4 hour slot each fortnight for this and the ironing load will vary hence the need for flexibility with light home duties (we have all the equipment here so no need to bring).
