Someone that is punctual/professional and does a 10/10 job. Must have own cleaning products/accessories and a car. Must be working or have worked in similar job/s. Preferably long term position. Paying $50/$60 an hour Must be planning to stay on the Gold Coast for 12+ months. Please Don't apply if you don’t meet these requirements Referances will be required.

Looking for a regular housekeeper to maintain our house. Large 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom house. This can be between 3-5 days a week. May include some weekends. References and ID will be required. Must be comfortable with babies. Maybe some short requests to assist with baby. Tasks required (but may not be limited to) Daily cleaning (kitchen, high use area cleaning) Detail cleaning (showers, floor cleaning etc)" Light tidying (emptying dishwasher or clearing kitchen tables of paperwork) Detail tidying (sorting piles of toys, books and similar)" Linen changes & towel washing Laundry (clothes &linen) washing Laundry folding (in certain method) Meal preparation (cooking included), on request. We will cook most times. Maybe requested to assemble some furniture on rare occasion. Outdoor entertainment area’s also to be cleaned. Rubbish to be taken to outside bins Extra hours maybe an option for sitting. This can be discussed. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience & quality of work. This can be negotiated after a paid trail period has elapsed. Please note that I have the paper already. If you had stanley knife and measure to ensure clean straight lines then that would be good but I can always get that if needed. I also have sugar soap to first clean the cupboards so that adhesive paper sticks properly. Clean down the inside of kitchen cupboards and drawers (sugar soap or bleach?) and measure, cut and apply adhesive paper to line inside of cupboard and drawers. (not outside). Just the floor of cupboards and drawers which are chipped and looking a bit tired. I have a kitchen that is quite old and I want to clean and then line the cupboards and drawers with white contact paper.
