Looking for a reliable and proactive housekeeper to support a busy family with the upkeep of their holiday home in Runaway Bay on a fortnightly basis This is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, however not all are utilised every week. I anticipate about 5 hours work. Tasks include: General tidying and reset of the home Cleaning kitchen, bathrooms & floors Changing bed linen (when needed) Washing and folding clothes/bedding (as time permits) Light organising (e.g. fridge, pantry, kids’ areas) Taking initiative to make the house “feel ready” for next arrival Adhoc tasks Clean windows and louvers Hosing and cleaning outside windows Hosing and cleaning pool fence Ironing of adult clothes Washing, Drying of outdoor upholstery Hosing paths and driveway Cleaning cupboards and inside of kitchen draws Reorganising cupboards for kids Must-haves: Attention to detail and initiative — not just following a checklist, but making the house feel clean and cared for Experience in home housekeeping, not just basic cleaning.
