Fortnightly housekeeper/cleaner wanted — Dalkeith area. We’re looking for a meticulous housekeeper/cleaner to replace our long-term cleaner (who’s moved into full-time work). This is a deep clean role, not a surface clean — please only apply if that’s genuinely your style to go above and beyond. What “deep clean” means to us: • Skirting boards wiped, windows done, kitchen shutters wiped • Coffee machine cleaned, makeup holder wiped out, the small stuff noticed • Getting into the nooks — not just wiping visible surfaces • House should feel and smell genuinely fresh, almost bleachy afterwards. I keep the house very tidy day-to-day, so you’re not fighting clutter — you’re going deeper than a standard clean each visit.
