I'm 56, and having major surgery and need help with daily tasks once a day for about 60-90 minutes for 3 days (basic stuff around the small apartment, as I can't lift or bend, and I'll be on medication). I'm recovering from spinal surgery, so need a calm, reliable person to check in and do light tasks. No heavy lifting, no complexity. Just practical help and a kind presence.
