Find a professional upholstery cleaner in Mosman

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced to professionally clean a large amount of upholstered furniture plus the carpeted areas in our house in Mosman. Please refer to the attached photos for the sofas/chairs and the floor plan for the carpeted areas. Scope includes: Upholstery / sofas This is a fairly large upholstery job, including: 1 large blue sectional sofa 1 large beige sectional sofa / chaise 1 grey sofa bed 1 blue futon / sofa bed 1 beige lounge chair / chaise 1 upholstered armchair 1 additional fabric lounge chair Cushions where relevant Some light visible marks from normal family use, including a few darker patches on the blue sofa bed and a small mark on one grey sofa arm. Carpet cleaning One loose floor rug/carpet, as shown in the photos All carpeted areas on the first floor, as per the floor plan Home office carpet Stairs Carpets are mainly for general deep cleaning rather than a specific stain issue. Cleaning method requested Professional steam cleaning / hot water extraction preferred. Please confirm you use proper extraction equipment, not just surface shampooing. We want the sofas and carpets cleaned thoroughly, but without heavy soap/shampoo residue left behind. Upholstery-safe products and spot treatment only where needed. Please bring all equipment and cleaning materials. Please quote for the full job, including labour, equipment, cleaning products, Airtasker fees and any GST. Parking/access should be straightforward. Needing two bedrooms carpets steam cleaned and some lounge pieces if possible. Carpets are not dirty, just needing a refresh. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 30 January 2023
