We need experienced cleaner for short-stay turnovers, including changing beds & washing linen. Restocking guest amenities in kitchen and bathroom. We just need someone who can be our eyes and ears and let us know of any damages too etc. Would suit a couple, or team. We have two apartments in the same building that needs regular change overs. I’m in serious need of someone to declutter and organise my apartment. I have a large dining room table and a baby cot that I need to sell but am using to store items because I’m terrible at organising my own life. I also desperately need to replace my carpets with floorboards but I can’t get a quote until I clear everything out of my house.

Turns out I am becoming a hoarder so I need someone (or even 2 people ) to come a couple of times for an hour or so just to help me kickstart throwing stuff out or finding it a place to live & maybe even a spot clean here or there, whatever is required on the day really. We need someone to prepare and cook 5-6 Hello Fresh meals a week at my Bowen Hills home. This will be on a weekly-fortnightly basis. We had an awesome chef, but she had to move back home. •All ingredients and recipes provided •Total estimated time 2-2.5 hours (about 20-30 minutes, per meal). •Need you to wash pans & utensils when finished (allow 15 min) - Please don't leave food on plates! We have a dishwasher which you can load up but our knives and pans must be hand washed. You’ll complete each meal to a certain point, e.g. you’ll only need to prepare some meals 50-75% (we’ll do the rest - we will mark it all up) If you finish earlier than the 2-2.5 hours, you’ll be paid for the whole session. •Covid safe: please wear a face mask. Especially whilst preparing food. We’ll provide sanitizer, and requirements per Airtasker covid safety plan. The location is Bowen Hills. Someone will be there either working nearby or going about our business. Prefer someone who cooks regularly and has good attention to detail as this will be a breeze.

I have 2x fabric sofas that require a clean. The seat cushion covers are removable it the back rest and arms don’t come off. I am located in an apartment building - I’m not sure if that’s relevant but incase you need access to you you equipment. I have a very happy friendly puppy that can be secured if you have a phobia of dogs. Ideally I would like this service before the new year. Anytime of the day is suitable for me as I work from home.

I have shops near my apartment and could provide you with money to go buy the groceries and then you can cook in my apartment. Once we work together longer you could cook from home if you prefer and drop the meals over. Looking to get fresh meals twice a week. About 5 days work of lunch and dinner.
