Some manual handling and moving furniture around the house will be involved - moving 3 couches various sizes on and tiles mainly - moving 3 or so bookshelves various sizes and on tiles mainly - putting a flat pack together - change the sheets on two beds - remove items from shelves and put on new shelf It’s a lot of shuffling things around

We are looking for a responsible person to help us with house cleaning and assisting with light house keeping tasks. I have ADHD and occasionally fall behind/become overwhelmed with household management tasks. House is a 3 bed/2 bath with 2 medium (theater/living room) and 2 small living spaces (dining/study). In addition to full house clean, regular house keeping tasks that may be required (if I am not on top of it myself) would include tidying away surface clutter, moving washing from machine to dryer/basket, full kitchen bins to outside bin. Additional house keeping tasks that would be adhoc by request and would pay for extra time for if required could include stripping/making beds, sorting clothes into baskets (not folding), putting away folded clothes/linens (never more than one basket), unstack/restack dishwasher OR handwashing (never both), picking up dog poo. Typically these tasks would be when I am stuck on a step and just need help starting/finishing the task. Preferred day would be fortnightly Wednesday morning starting 16/30 July rotation.
