We have 2 busy companies and 3 kids and really need the extra set of hands to stay ontop of things. Needing regular cleaner/housekeeper but will need some deep cleaning done first too. We have 3 bed, 1 bath and need more help with laundry and decluttering/organising than actual cleaning. I don't care if my oven is clean or the bench sparkles. That's nice but I want help putting all our stuff away. With little kids it's constant chaos (not hoarder style but messy). Most actual 'cleaning' is secondary. For this I need someone to help get on top of the laundry. Folding/hanging is what never manages to be done. I don't care about ironing right now. Also organise the kitchen and linen cupboards and pantry (in that order). I don't need it to be super fancy but practical. I can buy a few more containers if need be but probably don't need much. I'd like this done over 2-3 days (maybe 8 hrs max) and if not all gets done, that's ok. Laundry is most important but won't take 8 hours. I'd like to know the hourly rate please. - Due date: Flexible
