Around 1:30pm Tasks include: • Cleaning and restoring a dark stain/mark on the timber floor • Light repair if needed (sanding / stain blending / sealing so it matches surrounding floor as best as possible) • Cleaning and removing marks from white walls • Minor wall touch ups if required • General small cosmetic fixes to make the apartment look neat for final inspection Ideally someone who: • Has experience with timber floor touch-ups and wall cleaning • Can bring their own tools and materials • Can make the areas look as close to original as possible Small apartment so shouldn’t take too long.
