We require end of lease cleaning on Sunday April 12th. It is a 1 bed 1 bath apartment with a balcony and European laundry (no trough) I have a checklist from the real estate agent of what's required which I can share. There is a large yellow wall in the space we have been specifically asked not to touch/clean. Other than that I don't believe there is much wall cleaning required. We will need steam cleaning for carpet in the bedroom and living room. We should be able to clean the garage space ourselves so no need to include that.
