End of lease clean needed 4th March. House is: 3bd, 2 living, 2 bath, rumpus. Have added a floor plan for size estimate. Floorboards throughout the property, laundry and rumpus are both slate floors. Overall the house is not in terrible condition, but we have lived here for several years so has been "lived in". The "home office" indicated on the floor plan does NOT require cleaning, as there is a hole in the floor and we will prioritise your safety. Date is firm, preferably start in the morning.
Excellent work, couldn't ask for anything more.

Did not clean walls, skirting boards, balcony, window sills, cupboards, light switches we were sent shocking images from real estate of the state of the property and will not get our bond back due to having to hire new cleaners. Also left carpets soaking wet with far too much water which has caused damage.
