Hi. We need help with end of lease deep cleaning. We have a house 2 bed, 1 bath 1 powder room. Tentative dates will be on from 26 Jan - 31 Jan. We will clean as much as we can so we can help you out. We can talk about dates and negotiate on price. We also need for you to provide the receipt. I have pasted some of the tasks mentioned by the agent. GENERAL CLEANING REQUIRED •Remove & wash all light fittings, dry and replace. Check and replace any blown globes •Wipe clean all ceiling fans, air conditioners (including internal filters) & smoke alarms. Remove covers to all exhaust fans, wipe fan blades and wash then replace covers •Clean all curtains and blinds of dirt/dust/marks. Venetian blinds need to be wiped clean slat by slat. Some curtains can be handwashed or machine washed on delicate cycle. If not, vacuuming may help to remove dirt/dust. Curtain rods should be dusted •Check for fly and insect spots on walls/ceilings. Sugar soap or mild detergent in warm water with a soft sponge works well. (Test a small spot to ensure no damage to paint) •Scrub driveway with a stiff broom & detergent to remove oil/tyre marks. Degreaser and/or “Liquid Magnet” and a high pressure cleaner may be required for heavy stains •Mow lawns, prune trees/bushes, remove all weeds and spray with weed killer if necessary (if doing this you will need to remove weeds when they die). Discuss with your Property Manager if you need to replace any dead plants •Remove all rubbish from yard, especially any cigarette butts, bottle tops etc •Clean and sweep out garage, remove cobwebs, degrease floor and spray with insect spray if needed •Carefully remove and clean flyscreens (replace after washing windows). NOTE: Do not force flyscreens when removing then – the frames can bend easily •Clean window tracks/sliding door tracks inside and out then wash and dry windows inside and out •Remove all personal hooks, posters, sticky tape, blu tac etc and repair walls as necessary •Remove all cobwebs and marks on ceilings and walls. Walls/doors may need to be washed with sugar soap or mild detergent in a bucket of warm water with a sponge. Check for any insect marks and pay special attention to switches and door handles •Wipe all skirtings, architraves, doors and frames with a damp cloth •Vacuum all wardrobes and cupboards, wash with soapy water & dry •Vacuum and scrub/mop all flooring and sweep external veranda/patio/balcony Laundry, toilets and bathrooms •Wash walls & ceiling – remove any mould present (Exit Mould is useful for this) •Clean all wall tiles with disinfectant and cloth (including tops of tiles as they get dusty) •Clean sinks/vanity/laundry troughs with crème cleanser to remove all build up and marks – rinse well and dry. Ensure all drains are free of waste/hair. •Clean & disinfect all parts of toilet/s including fittings and cistern. Remember to clean behind the toilet and pipes. Scrub inside toilet bowl and wash seat and lid. Note – all items such as toilet brushes, air freshener & bowl scents must be removed •Scrub entire shower & bath with cleanser and scourer to ensure no soap scum, mould or rust stains are visible. All grout must be scrubbed. Rinse, dry & polish. Ensure drain hair free. If mould is present, use mould killer & a toothbrush to remove. •Clean mirrors & shower screens thoroughly with glass cleaner and polish dry. Kitchen •Remove all components of oven, rangehood and stove, including knobs if they come off. Soak in hot soapy water and scrub with firm scourer until clean •Clean oven and grill paying special attention to glass and replace all components •Wash stovetop with soapy water and a gentle nylon scourer to remove all marks and food build up. Polish dry and replace all knobs and burners •Wipe and polish rangehood including underneath section and replace filters •Dishwasher, including filters & racks must be free of all food scraps.
