Ensure it's clear communication. Something got lost in translation meaning they needed to end of lease clean while I was flying internationally. HOWEVER, their team liased with my real estate and cleaned my apartment. They sent me updated photos of it afterwards as well, so I had proof as I couldn't check it myself. I also had a bunch of coins that I left as I was scrambling to leave on time, the team left them in the drawer. Well done.

The worst clean I have ever witnessed. Arrived 1.5 hours late. Didn’t clean skirting boards until I said to clean them. Did not have a mop so I went out to buy them a mop. No receipt. Did not wipe walls or windows. No carpet cleaning. Great communication to get the job but terrible communication after the job was ‘finished’. Terrible end of lease clean, embarrassing.
