Hi, I am after an end of lease/bond clean for a small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in Edithvale. I cannot confirm a day right now but I am flexible and it will be within the next 7-10 days. Can you please let me know what is included in your price and yes, I do need the carpets cleaned with a receipt/invoice for the agent. There are 2 bedrooms with carpet, the rest is tiles and "floorboards". Also, there is some floorboard crayon on the floor that I attempted to use to fix scratches. Didn't work so apparently rubbing alcohol will fix it. I can't find any right now so please if possible, include that in your quote. It's a small area, less than 1-meter sqr. I will say that the bathroom floor tiles really need a scrubbing because they are not sealed but everything else is pretty good. This job is probably 3-4 hours work max. Cheers!

I have a 2 bedroom townhouse that needs a bond clean. I’m pretty OCD so I’ve kept everything nearly immaculate. It’s just a routine clean, really. The showers have no soap scum, the stove top hasn’t got anything accumulated, cupboard doors are regularly wiped (the insides could do with a wipe).
