Looking for a thorough cleaner to clean our newly installed kitchen following construction. The main job is removing construction dust from all cupboards and drawers and cleaning the kitchen floor. Photos attached. Cleaning required: Clean inside and outside all cupboards, pantry cabinets and drawers, including shelves, corners, door edges and handles. Remove loose dust first, then wipe finished surfaces with a lightly damp microfibre cloth and follow with a dry cloth. Wipe cupboard fronts, decorative grooves, exposed side panels, kickboards and safely accessible cupboard tops. Clean glass cabinet doors inside and outside. Remove dust from kitchen window sills, skirting boards and door frames. Thoroughly vacuum the kitchen floor, including edges and accessible appliance spaces, then mop. No benchtop cleaning is required, as the benchtops have not been installed. The temporary plywood surfaces shown in the photos are excluded. Please use gentle products suitable for new cabinetry, with no abrasive pads, harsh chemicals or soaking of surfaces. Unfinished walls and ceilings, appliance cleaning and construction rubbish removal are excluded. Please bring your own vacuum suitable for fine construction dust, mop, microfibre cloths and cleaning products. Experience with post-renovation cleaning is preferred. Please quote a fixed price for the full scope and include your availability and estimated time required.
