We have a 3 bedroom apartment that needs cleaning. Task is to wipe / clean all surfaces (picture frames, fireplace, kitchen bench, tables etc), clean the 2 x bathroom, 1 x butler’s pantry, 1 x laundry, vacuum, dust, mop, clean toilets etc. You will also be required to clean the balconies (mop them as well to remove dirt - please refer to pictures). There are also 8 x large windows to clean (inside and out).

Hello! I thought it would be best if I gave a bit of background regarding the task. A few mice are running around my apartment leaving feces everywhere. I have got rid of some and called pest control to come and finish the job. There's a hole that needs to be covered up, and it will hopefully be done sometime next week. Once all of that is done, I would like some help to deep clean and sanitise my apartment. I would like to steam clean my couch and mattress, so I need someone with a steam cleaner. I basically want to deep clean and sanitise everything. All surfaces, floors, windows, cabinets, furniture and bathroom etc. All cleaning supplies including gloves will be provided. All I need from you is the steam cleaner and help cleaning. I'm assuming that we can get it done in about 6 hours. I was thinking of starting around 9, I will buy you lunch as well.

Apologises for those who responded to my previous post yesterday about a cleaner. When I read the responses and saw the offers, the job is really not big at all. I need someone to come tomorrow, Friday 23rd Dec. Very flexible with hours. It’s a two bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room. It’s a surface clean in all areas and a good clean of the bathroom and powder room. The kitchen is also just a surface clean (no oven, microwave cleaning etc). Then just a vacuum and mop. There is free parking available. I can provide all the cleaning products, mop and vacuum. I don’t know how much this normally costs but some of the offers I received last night were excessive for how small the job really is. If we are happy with your work, we are looking for someone ongoing. Also, happy if you prefer a once off too. I can pay by the hour or negotiate a price.
