I have an airbnb that needs cleaning. Very small, 2 story townhouse. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom total floor space is 76 square metres (very small) I often clean the unit myself and it usually takes me 1.5 hours to do. Cleanliness is important and my reviews reflect the eye for detail. Duties upstairs include, strip and make 1 queen bed and 2 single beds including presenting towels on each bed. Wipe down bed frame, beside tables and windowsill surfaces. Clean shower, shower screens, toilet, basin and mirror. Remove bathroom rubbish and re-line bin with rubbish bag. Downstairs, wipe down kitchen benches, sink, shelves. Oven and stove, fridge shelves and microwave, kettle and toaster. Wipe down benches and sink in laundry, dinning room table, t.v unit and t.v, windows sills. Clean and present lounge. Empty kitchen rubbish bin and re-line with rubbish bag. Re-stock tea/coffee/sugar/milk, kitchen cloth, sponge and detergent, washing powder/pouches. Change out batteries in t.v and A/C remote controllers. Vacuum and mop floors upstairs and downstairs, including under beds (guests do check and rate down accordingly) Sweep/hose down out door areas and give a very plant's a drink of water.
