I'm looking for an experienced AirBnB cleaner to assist with the cleaning and set up of a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Northcote. This is a consistent position and cleaner will be required at the end of each guest stay. This job can include 3-4 bookings p/month, sometimes more, sometimes less. Great communication and promptness a must. There is at the very least a one day window between checkin/checkout. Clean to happen from 11-2pm, pending next guest check in details. I have a full list of to-do’s so you know what to do during the clean. I am available to whatsapp/facetime during the clean for any questions and live and work nearby so can pop in if required. Tasks included; 1. Removing /washing & Changing bed linen 2. Cleaning the entire apartment : vacuum, mop floors, clean kitchen + bathroom + loungeroom, wipe down all surfaces surfaces/cupboards/mirror/windows, wash and put away dishes, wipe down balcony, take out rubbish (if guests haven't done this), air out apartment. 3. Setting up a welcome note, chocolates and teas (will be provided). 4. Updating me regarding any supply needs/restocking of teas, coffees, toilet paper shampoo, cleaning products. I will order these to be available for your changeover & clean if I don’t already have the supply. 5. Cleaner will need to take pictures of apartment on arrival for post guest condition to me by whatsapp and then after of the clean/changeover. 6. Ongoing cleans/concierging will involve some guest help if required in case of lock out or checkin over the phone guiding into the apartment via keysafe. If there is extra work/hours needed then I will pay for that once sighted/explained etc. Need someone with great time management and communication skills for sending images/messages etc. And following instructions. Job has a 3hr window but usually only takes 2hrs. Linen washing/drying can be done in-house, however if checkins are close together, this may be required to be done externally. June onwards. We need a reliable, communicative and high-quality cleaner who is able to work with the property manager in the fast-paced and unpredictable Airbnb environment. A suitable candidate will have experience with Airbnb listed properties, be able to offer full cleaning service (including occasional window and carpet cleaning) and be flexible and extremely trustworthy. Desirable to also have handyman skills for occasional maintenance requests. You may also be required to purchase supplies (e.g. toilet paper, soap) and submit receipts for reimbursement.
