Our small two-bedroom apartment is regularly booked by business travellers, families and girls/guys groups alike, usually requiring between 5 to 10 cleans per month. We need a reliable, communicative and high-quality cleaner who is able to work with the property manager in the fast-paced and unpredictable Airbnb environment. A suitable candidate will have experience with Airbnb listed properties, be able to offer full cleaning service (including occasional window and carpet cleaning) and be flexible and extremely trustworthy. Desirable to also have handyman skills for occasional maintenance requests. You may also be required to purchase supplies (e.g. toilet paper, soap) and submit receipts for reimbursement.

Details: Bed 1: double bed Bed 2: 2x single beds kitchen bathroom living room study (with fold out couch occasionally used) Main duties include: Washing and replacing linen making beds Washing and replacing towels unstacking dishwasher (guests asked to do this) wiping benches and sink emptying bins (guests asked to do this) vacuuming cleaning toilet cleaning shower cleaning bathroom sink wiping mirrors reporting to owners Other duties may include: reporting damage cleaning any other messes left by guests We can provide all cleaning materials, there is a washer and dryer in the flat if you prefer to do laundry on site.

Apartment is over two floors and has 2 bedrooms, 1 small bathroom, 1 additional toilet, 2 open plan living spaces - one incorporating small galley kitchen - and small balcony.
