Hello there, Do you clean AirBNB accomodation? Do you finalise and check the home at the check out stage? (ie broken items, check key is back in the box) etc? If so, I would love to find a reliable and trustworthy AirBNB cleaner for ongoing work. The job ... (all the regular stuff, really): 1) Clean the floors with a vacum and mop. It is a 2 bedroom ground floor home. 1 bedroom has carpet. The other bedroom has a small carpet rug. All other areas (kitchen, living room etc is vinyl plank wooden look floorboards. They need a vacum and mop. 2) Clean 1 bathroom and 1 toilet (its a small bathroom, no bathtub). 3) Make the beds with fresh linen (linen is on site). The used bedsheets from the previous guest has been removed. 4) Wipe over all counter top surfaces including bedside tables for dust, the light-switches and TV remote. 6) Clean the kitchen.The oven MAY need a very light clean... but I highly doubt it. The crockery has been washed and put away, but it will need to be checked that it is cleaned properly. 7) Put clean, fresh towels on the beds (4 sets of towels the towels are onsite). 8) Check the security of the property and a general check if there are any broken items (check the glass cooktop, turn TV on...see that it works etc). 10) Communicate with me to ensure the home is secure and any broken items etc. MAY need to take photos. This part is very important. 11) Any adhoc items (but I think it would just be little items). The home was cleaned only 7 days ago. 12) You would need your own vacuum cleaner, but the mop and cleaning products are at the home. 13) restock a small supply of goods (these are onsite). This generally takes me no more than an hour to clean it myself. Due date: Needs to be done on, Thursday 13th July. - Due date: Before Thursday, 13 July 2023

Airbnb clean is to a high standard like a hotel room clean. It includes washing linen and making up the bed, removing rubbish, cleaning all appliances, setting up for the next guest. The hours for cleaning are after 10am and must be completed before 3pm. This will be regular work with the frequency subject to bookings. First clean Thursday 10 Feb.

Full clean of a small one bed apartment plus taking used linen away for cleaning and return. The clean takes about 1 hour and 15 mins - would suit someone local. Usually needs done around 4 times per month depending on how long a guest stays
