I need an experienced Airbnb cleaner to do 4 changeovers for me over the Christmas New Year period while I’m away, and my regular cleaner is away. Cleaning products, linen, vacuum provided as they are already in the flat. Dates required are: 21 Dec 28 Dec 4 Jan 13 Jan I will provide linen and towels and a set of keys. You will need to changeover linen, wash linen between cleans, clean kitchen and bathroom areas, vacuum and mop floors, wipe surfaces, check bar Fridge for leftover food etc, remove any rubbish. Usually takes me 1-1.5 hours per job when I do it! The apartment is very small. Rate is $85 per job - so $340 in total for the four dates. Parking available- and you must be ok walking up a few flights of stairs.

(Need to be available to do another clean 8-9 June, paid separately) 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The pay is $120 per job (including changeover of linen), not by the hour, and it includes replacing linen (that I supply), vacuum, mop and general cleaning. Unless in exceptional circumstances when there would be compensation for exceptionally long cleans (we are very strict in our filtering of guests, although you never know 100%, we had not had any bad surprises so far). Howdy, we someone to clean our airbnb in between guestswhile tomorrow. Location Carlton. It is a small 3.3m x 5m studio, takes me 1.5 hours to clean so for a $50 flat fee that's $33 per hour. It is pretty simple: change sheets, dust surfaces, clean bathroom, water plants, clean floor, take out garbage put new garbage bags, make sure key is in lockbox outside. Possibly re-occurring job if we get more bookings. Guests check out at 10am so cleaning window is 10am - Noon. Thank you!
