We are looking to hire an experienced cleaner who can assist with our Air BnB property in Burleigh Heads. The property is a high quality studio apartment, with a queen bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. We usually need 3-4 cleans per week, which must be done between 10am and 2.30pm daily. The cleans can often be on either a Saturday or Sunday, plus other week days. The cleaning schedule can usually be provided 3-4 weeks in advance (very occasionally a last minute clean is required), but given changeovers can be on any day, you will need to be available every day. The full clean takes about 1 hour each time and needs to be of a high standard in accordance with our cleaning list, including bathroom and kitchen clean, floors, linen changed and other general cleaning items in the small apartment to maintain it. This is an ongoing position for a very busy Air Bnb, where you can expect to earn good money for a few hours work. BUT, you will need to be reliable and flexible, and be good at cleaning.
