The corner cladding of my home is damaged and needs repair. I'm not sure what is required to fix this to prevent further damage, but I hope the third picture shows all that is required to fix the problem (A simple covering up of the exposed area to prevent further weather damage). Please advise of how you will fix this in your quote if the fix in my third picture doesn't seem like a suitable fix. My price is a guide. Thanks.

Temporary fix of fibro cement cladding until it is replaced. Area to be replaced is on a balcony that will need to be accessed by a ladder approximately 6m long. Need to bring your ladder as I don't have one. Balcony is no longer used and thus access is over the balcony railing. Only one panel to fix.
