Hello, We require an URGENT call-out from an experienced shopfitter, carpenter, or cladding installer to inspect and secure a piece of our external signage in Logan Hyperdome. The Issue: A section of the cladding panel on our main shopfront sign (located behind the "Oscar Wylee" lettering) has come loose and fallen forward, resting against the 3D letters. This is a significant public safety hazard, as there is a risk the panel or the signage letters could fall. The Job: The task is to attend the site urgently, assess the signage, and securely re-fasten the loose cladding panel. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the high bulkhead signage (a suitable ladder/platform will be required). 2. Inspecting the loose panel and the frame to determine why it failed. 3. Securely re-installing the panel using appropriate and durable fixings (e.g., screws, adhesive, new clips) to ensure it cannot come loose again. 4. Inspecting the security of the adjacent panels and the main "Oscar Wylee" letters to ensure they are not also at risk of falling. 5. Leaving the area safe and the signage looking professionally finished. I have an extension that needs cladding..i have old trimdek roof sheets i would like to use for the job. Will require cutting sheets for door and window openings, packing in a couple of areas soo the sheets align with the edge of the slab and then foam fill the gaps for rodent protection after..All materials provided. All going well i will have some other on going work outside of this scope.... Suite apprentice chippy or roofer. ONE 8 HOUR DAYS WORK WORKING WITH ME AND ANOTHER FELLA.

We have removed a small amount of timber battens from our blueboard exterior wall. These exposed strips need sealing for weather proofing. We would then like 6mm FC cladding installed 2870 high x 1770 wide (fire clearance for solar batteries being installed). And sealing new edges. Other fire approved materials for covering exposed areas where timber battens were would also be considered. We would also be interested in it being painted but not necessary. All material to be supplied and delivered by contractor.
