I am looking for an experienced builder as we currently have hole that needs to be patched up as we removed the old air conditioner. During heavy rain it leaks in water down to the living room. Be aware it's location can be accessed from the balcony but you must be able to climb up to fix it. The builder needs to be able to provide all tools and materials.
