Cladding came off from storm. Need the whole top to be replaced. I have some new spare cladding, not sure it'll be enough.

Removed air con and replaced bathroom window so need cladding supplied and installed

We need the under balcony cladding of the outside balcony fixed, as the fibro board has fallen off, possibly due to leaking pipe that is connecting to upstairs. The awning is 3.1m tall from the ground. Total area approximately 1.5m x 6.5m. Please provide quote for either: (a) replacement of the under cladding; plus (b) inclusive of replacing the water pipes. We would like to consider replacing the fibro board with timber cladding (will pay for additional material cost of course).

Repair external cladding wall

We need our new James Hardie Axon cladding and metal joiners, barge board and colour bond capping all painted matte Lexicon quarter. All areas to be painted shown in red circle area, the bottom level will also have axon cladding which is going on currently.

Front of house ,below roofline bargeboard ( no guttering), a cladding tile is coming loose and needs securing. 3 storey house- 10 metres to ground level from roof. Roof access is from Level 2 backyard.

Install cladding in a small shop

Last three sections of windows & cladding that I’ve not been able to paint myself. Driveway and garden below is too sloped for scaffold. Possibly a need for 2 men and ladders or a cherry picker. We have an area of brick-style external cladding around a window that has come loose/separated. Please see attached photos. A bricklayer has inspected the area and advised that it appears to be a brick-slip/cladding system rather than standard brickwork, and recommended that we find someone experienced with cladding systems. The brick slips themselves are not the only concern. The backing/carrier and black membrane/flashing behind the cladding appear to have separated in some areas. We are looking for someone experienced in brick-slip cladding, façade/cladding repairs and associated flashing/waterproofing who can: * Inspect and identify what has actually failed * Check the backing/carrier behind the brick slips * Check the flashing/waterproofing around the window * Repair the underlying problem as required * Reinstate the existing brick slips where possible We are not looking for someone to simply glue the loose brick slips back on without checking the underlying cause. When making an offer, please let us know: 1. Have you repaired brick-slip or similar cladding systems before? 2. What trade/licence do you hold? 3. Based on the photos, what do you think needs to be inspected/repaired? 4. If possible, please provide photos of similar work you have completed. The listed budget is indicative as we don’t yet know the extent of the underlying repair. Happy to discuss the appropriate cost once the problem has been properly assessed.
