Old 3 bedroom house, will have the asbestos fibro already removed and insulation installed. I’m looking for someone to install Vinyl cladding which I can supply from Austech building supplies. I recently had a granny flat build out the back so I want the front house to match the exterior of the granny flat. I can remove the plants from the front to make access easier. I also want to replace the front window to aluminium as it’s an old timber one now.

Hi, I need someone to reattach a section of vinyl cladding that has come away from the exterior wall of my house. ​The Situation: ​A section of siding has detached (see photos). ​Good News: The vinyl panels themselves appear to be unbroken and reusable, so no new materials should be needed. ​The Complication: It appears the previous installation used adhesive (Liquid Nails) and nails. There is dried glue residue on the wall and the back of the panels that will likely need to be scraped off to get a flush fit. ​The Task: ​Remove/scrape the old hardened adhesive from the substrate (looks like weatherboard) and the back of the vinyl. ​Re-install the existing vinyl panels securely. ​Ensure the panels are properly locked into the rows above and below. ​Requirements: ​Must have experience with vinyl siding. ​Must have own ladder and tools (scraper, hammer, etc.).

Remove the existing tiles from balcony fascia and install cladding’s (please include a vapour barrier). Also need to remove and replace one Brocken tile on the balcony floor(3rd image)

Remove 2 broken colorbond cladding panels and replace with new ones. I can supply material or reimburse cost of materials + labour. Each panel is around 2metres or so and is the light cladding ones not the heavier colorbond steel that surround them.

I've got all the materials. Just need so eone with good attention to detail to sand back, the lacquer the blackbutt interlock wall cladding at the front of our house.
