I wanted to do cladding. Need design, materials and fixing

The room (~4x3m) has a chipboard cladding over the VJs. I would like the chipboard removed please. It is nailed in and fairly easy to remove by just pulling (no glue that we can see so far) however it pulls through the nails. The skirting boards and some trim will have to be removed as well as well as the nails. Rubbish can be left behind, we're happy to clean it all up.

Hi All, After someone to install stone cladding to a front facade, it consists of a small wall of (2.1 x 3 m) also around a garage door and two posts.

Repair the weatherboard/cladding on the rooftop to fix the leaking issue. The issue was discovered when water stains were observed on the wall of the garage roof. Upon investigation, it was found that the weatherboard was leaking, and a temporary fix was applied using silicone. Need to fix the issue permanently.

Hi, I'm seeking quotes from experienced individual to assist with re-cladding a property at Nambour. You will be assisted in removal of existing cladding, installing new wall insulation, wrap and Hardies Linea Weatherboard from the exterior of the property. Scaffold will be in place to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Although the area to be covered in not extensive - approx 4 L/M at front and rear, and approx 14 L/M in length (requiring approx 120 lengths of board) please allow for 5 days work when quoting.

Need a window flashings fixed and external cladding replaced. On the 2nd floor of property. Inspection will be required prior.
