We are having asbestos removed on soffits and gables of our home next Monday. Job required: 1. Supply and fit new sheeting of soffits 2. Supply ans fit new cladding of two gables with James Hardie Linea F/C Weatherboards. Install a new fascia board at the top of the gables over the new cladding. See before and after for reference. No painting required. Cladding by end of next week.

Build wall frames using 70x35mm timber studs (to plan provided). Cover frames with breathable sarking. Fix blueboard cladding to frames. Frame out openings for windows and doors (no lintels required). Install client-supplied windows and doors. Install James Hardie Linea™ 2700mm PVC Z flashing at the bottom of blueboard sheets. Install zincalume flashings above windows and doors
