Installation of James Hardie texture cladding over fibro . One erected sheet to come off and reinstalled plus 7 more to be installed and cut around windows etc. Must be ok with attaching over fibro and have a framing gun to suit paslode nails noted in photo . Can use other gun but must supply own nails . Please note They have to be strong to get through 2 layers .( can’t use screws ). Please note sheets are around 35kg -2700x1200

We have an 9m x12m office that needs to be cladded, ALL materials are supplied and will be supplied if you require anything further, just needs to be installed.

We have removed a small amount of timber battens from our blueboard exterior wall. These exposed strips need sealing for weather proofing. We would then like 6mm FC cladding installed 2870 high x 1770 wide (fire clearance for solar batteries being installed). And sealing new edges. Other fire approved materials for covering exposed areas where timber battens were would also be considered. We would also be interested in it being painted but not necessary. All material to be supplied and delivered by contractor.

The Issue: A section of the cladding panel on our main shopfront sign (located behind the "Oscar Wylee" lettering) has come loose and fallen forward, resting against the 3D letters. This is a significant public safety hazard, as there is a risk the panel or the signage letters could fall. The Job: The task is to attend the site urgently, assess the signage, and securely re-fasten the loose cladding panel. The scope of work includes: 1. Cladding a house that has partial cladding

Cement sheets to be installed over existing lower level wall. Will need cutting/measuring and adhering. I’ll be able to help where I can also. Works needed for pre water tanks instillation. Materials and some tools available and happy to prep and grab anything needed for the job.

Starting from the right-hand side (near the downpipe corner), the joint lines gradually move downward as they extend to the left — across four sections of panels

1980's high-set house requires downstairs back wall to be re-sheeted using fibre cement sheets to span over 11mx2.4m area. Existing wall contains 6.6mx2.4m asbestos (confirmed) sheeting with pipe connections to hot water system; upstairs/downstairs toilet piping; two windows; one doorway. Other sides of house already completed as part of a recent renovation. New sheets need to match textured paint. Downstairs outside area will be mostly cleared for worksite.
