Casual Babysitter Wanted 😊 We’re looking for a lovely, reliable babysitter to help out with our two energetic girls (ages 5 and 8). This would be casual work once every few weeks, mostly evenings on weekends, so we can enjoy the occasional night out. We’re located in Newstead, Launceston, so you’ll need to be happy to drive to and from our place (own transport required). The girls are happy, chatty, and full of energy — they love games, crafts, and being kept busy. Duties include playing with them, simple snacks/dinner, and helping with the bedtime routine. We’re looking for someone who: 1. Enjoys being around kids Is responsible but fun 2. Has some babysitting or childcare experience 3. Has (or is happy to get) a Working With Children Check 4. Has their own transport Perfect for a uni student, education student, or experienced babysitter looking for flexible, occasional work. Rate is per hour, negotiable.

I hold current first aid certification, including training in CPR and choking response, allowing me to confidently manage emergencies. I specialise in literacy comprehension and support but am able to assist your student in a wide range of subjects like science, history and maths I would also be happy assisting with life skills such as base level cooking, cleaning or whatever you think is fit.

We are looking for a babysitter/nanny to look after our two kids (2 years old and 4 years old) while we attend our brother’s wedding in Bothwell, from the afternoon on Saturday 3rd Jan until late (anytime between 11pm - 1am would be great - let us know what suits you). The cottage we’re staying in is on the same property as the wedding, so we will only be 200 metres away from you! There is a bus from Hobart and back for all the wedding guests- you can take a spot on that if you don’t want to drive. Although our preference would be that you drive so you can stay longer (until midnight-ish). Our kids are great sleepers! We will pay $45 / hr so a total of around $450.

Hi, we have just moved to launceston and lost our psuedo big brother aka babysitter. My boys are very active and play AFL and Basketball locally and in Penguin. 2-3 afternoons a week, my boys require pick up from school, afternoon tea purchased and then driven to training for th eldest. The youngest would then love to head home with our found person, and relax/go shoot hoops/play PS5 with them. Will pay hourly rate and $ for fuel. Transport will be from Propsect to Legana and surrounding areas.
